In Tenuta La Castelluccia in Rome, only the best durum wheat , the one coming from the hills sunniest , is brought to the mill for a typically crafted processing, with bronze die, drying at low temperatures and cold extrusion . The result is a durum wheat semolina pasta with outstanding taste, packed in 500g boxes in the following variations : Schiaffoni , Sedanini , Fusilli , Penne and Spaghetti .

EXTRA - VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
An ancient olive grove, the unique microclimate, hand-collected and cold-pressed: these are basic elements of the extra-virgin olive oil we are producing in Tenuta La Castelluccia in Rome. It's available in glass bottles and cans .
MEAT
We select the best meat coming from our farms, rich in flavor the beef, delicate and soft the true PGI* Roman lamb . The ultimate in quality, authenticity and traceability. The Durum wheat pasta, extra - virgin olive oil and meat are produced in our Estates in the hearth of Italy:
